We were travelling with a dog. Poop bins was provided. Lightning on the streets was great to take your dog out late evening. Dogs welcome to the breakfast area. Very clean and quiet place. Parking,great atmosphere and amazing view.

Beautiful, traditional old coaching house in gorgeous surroundings. Our room was lovely (we had a surprise upgrade) with a four poster bed with a bath with shower over. The 2 large, comfy chairs were an added bonus. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The young lady serving breakfast and the gentlemen in the bar/ restaurant get a particular mention.The food was excellent, breakfast and evening meals were delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. Within easy driving distance of lots of great places to visit. A great base to explore the Cotswolds from. We will definitely be returning.

I loved the ambiance of this inn. The breakfast was excellent, and the pub and dinners were also great. All the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. My husband wasn't feeling well so we hung around the inn more than planned and it still was a very good experience. I also love the older deep bathtubs - so I can soak after a busy day of sightseeing and this was a good one!

The staff were all very polite and friendly. The owner was very understanding when one of our party had to leave early. There is a nice little walk out of the back of the hotel which is safe for children. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order. The hotel was within an easy drive of where we needed to get to.

They give you a great choice of breakfast free with your booking price in the mornings. The staff are very tentative and helpful. They do thier best to help you. Also have good knowledge of the area. Pamphlets for walks etc. An let me bring my dog. The place is kept clean and tidy with a bar and menu on offer so you can have dinner in the evenings at a cost.

A really lovely good sized bedroom and shower. After unpacking had a drink in the bar which was most pleasant and locals were friendly. Back to room to change and then for dinner at 7.15pm. Very good food, attentive, polite staff, everything cooked to order. Many people eating which was interesting as it was a Monday evening. A lovely old Coaching Inn. The breakfast area was full the next morning and we asked and were advised that the Hotel was full plus a couple in a Camper van which were welcome at the Hotel. Breakfast also cooked to order. Family run Hotel and we wish them every success as they deserve to do well.

Beautiful Grade II listed building long history of Cotswold life and the decor was so tastefully staff great and very friendly Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice of foods both hot and cold, I had Salmon and Scrambled eggs fresh as can be.

Plentiful free parking at the premises. Staff very friendly public area very clean and welcoming. Once showed to the room by the friendly courteous staff surprised at how spacious clean and comfortable the room was. The ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable. The shower was a stand in the bath type but the water pressure was good and the temperature was hot. The included breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory and there was more than enough to eat, whatever your choice. Plenty of time before checkout. All in all a very good stay and good value for the price. I will stay here again and recommend it to all.

We stayed two nights, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, huge buffet selection and lovely cooked breakfast. We eat in the hotel one night in the bar restaurant, food again was good.
